Make the white transparent, add a semitransperant shadow to the wrench and angle it down-right at about a six or seven pixel distance. Outer-glow is cheesy as fuck, but it might add something to the wrench if you get the color right.

Add an outer-border to the button with some anti-aliasing to fix the pixelation.

It might be a bit cooler, even, to make the wrench and the letters look like a stencil that was spray-painted by the button.
