I dont think the servers are in such a state as to need more admins. reserve slot problem is an issue and the rotation could be different yeah, but more admins wont solve that.

Which is why I made the distinction that you're really just janitors. We need more of you, since it only makes sense to have someone on almost all the time that can take care of the idiots.
We do need more actual admins that can actually administer the system. There's been bitching about various things for nigh on a year now that no one save DF or Nephyrin have access to change. Really, so long as Nephyrin is the one making the decisions, there's no reason the work can't be done by someone else.
Something to this effect:

Womb: "So there's a consensus on the forums about a rotation change on #2, here's the list"
Nephyrin:"Hmm. Make it so."
Womb:"K. Also I'm the leader of a global organiz-"
Nephyrin:"Whatever, just do it."

Again, there's no reason that Nephyrin has to shoulder the work alone when there's people with the knowledge, experience and time to do shit in the SourceOP inner circle (Womb, Butane, etc). Not saying that there needs to be 12 server administrators (not the janitor type), but 1-2 other people beyond Nephyrin makes sense and can allow changes that have been asked for to be implemented faster than the turnaround time it takes now (6-months to never).
