I really think that it cant be both ways really just tag or log the donators and give them preference over the non donators. Doing it this way still allows for "fresh meat" to play but will not interfere with the regulars who donate. I do understand about people who like to play but can not donate, but look at it from a donars perspective, donating and not being able to play sucks too. But at least the donors are providing with DF's admin skills a place to play for themselves and others. I do realize that "the others" are an intigral part of the playability that makes the servers a good place to play.
