yea looks like a trashed card, have you tried baking it in the oven to fix possible broken soldering?

only poor people try to salvage malfunctioning parts.

rich people (like me) don't give a fuck and go buy two new parts and throw one of them in the trash for fun

Or you could be like me and repair obsolete parts for fun...

I changed out like thirteen capacitors on a Pentium 3 motherboard the other day just because I was bored and wanted to see if it was salvageable.
