Well then I should point out that even though TF2 shipped with 6 maps, cp_well wasn't on the sourceop server for a long time. It was just gravelpit, granary, dustbowl, 2fort, and hydro.
Last night we had 14v15 on goldrush, then sat at about 8v8 on ctf well for a good 15 minutes before it finally started filling back to the 10 and 12 range.
Hey, DF, would it be possible to make some of the more beloved maps occur more frequently in the rotation? Either by some sort of semi-random assignment with probabilities, or by an extended rotation table. I doubt anyone would argue with maps like gravelpit, dustbowl, and goldrush coming up more than once per full cycle.
