do you actually get feelings of "uneasiness" or get scared when you play video games or watch movies?

i mean, i jump like any other person when some shit jumps out at you, and i cringe whenever i see two dudes going at it, but i've yet to be scared or shocked by any game or movie

omg i remember i played F.E.A.R. at night when it first came out a super long time ago and i thought there was stuff moving in my house n then i cried cuz i was scared
