There is a reason that 6v6 with the restrictions are used in every league that isn't a joke, it cuts down on spam and makes it where people have to actually aim decently to kill the other team.

Pretty much the reason Demo is restricted to 1; The reason medic is restricted is to cut down on the game degenerating into burst damage and godmode momentum shifts.
