Obviously it's his decision, and if he watched the demos and feels certain, great. But I doubt he bothered to spend the time to watch these over a player that is not known in the community and the ban links to this forum thread, implying it is the reason for the ban.

I really don't care about the player who was banned, I care about the precedent being established here where a couple noobs can cry foul based on a demo with obvious sync issues and someone gets banned so they'll shut up.
