I know it can be hard to get people to take the time to watch demos, so figured I'd check it out. I've seen lots of cheats in many games and I'm having a hard time saying yes or no on this one.
The shots look feasible to me... as in there was enough time to react and aim. There are kills from body shots, and even complete misses. I don't see any telltale signs of an aimbot, as in the reticule snapping to a player or perfectly following a particular bone through several frames in ways a human can not.
Sometimes he gets headshots while he wasn't quite aiming at the head, people get shot several frames before you see him fire, or they get shot while he's still turning toward them but before the reticule is over their body. There could be some aim correction, maybe within the packet and not the client itself... but that just makes me think we're not seeing what he is seeing due to latency.
The demo has an obvious delay between what is happening on the server and the actions of the player, so it's hard to know what happened for sure. I question the accuracy of what the demos are showing. If they're spot on, I'd say there was foul play.
Demos 3,4,5 look a little questionable, but you may have cherry picked a few exceptional moments.
I'd continue to watch this guy. In future demos, try to keep one consecutive demo going. To avoid getting kicked for being AFK while spectating, just bring up the team menu every minute or so and click the spectate button again. The menu will not show up in the recording.
It's too bad we don't have SourceTV demos recorded by the server or something that might be a little more accurate and show the entire round, but I don't think the cheating is rampant enough to warrant it.
