You didn't even mention why demopulting would be gamebreaking enough to require a ban. In-fact nobody has, wombraider just considers it an exploit and thus he must enforce VALVE JUSTICE.
Common sense doesn't need to be there, good catch, but things that are particular to the servers should be.
I'm stating that there needs to be clearly posted rules (probably not even in the forums now that I think about it, probably in the FAQ section on the main site), and rules reminders, regardless if they're not obviously disruptive to the game (stacking, porn sprays, etc), obviously disrupting to the game (botting, stacking, mic spam, etc) or silly (demopulting on degroot, shooting through windows on 2fort). Because to not post the rules clearly means that people have no idea why what they did was wrong until they get kicked for it, even if they've done it a hundred times before, since an admin isn't always on to catch it.
