Oh, and just so you know. Autobalance avoidance affects all donating members as well. Donating doesn't get you any magic privilege to ignore the rules. It does however grant you an excellent reserved slot. Beyond that though, instead of avoiding the balance you should have just had your friend switch teams to join you on your new one.
