Neither has that douche from TYT, and Walter Cronkite lost us the Vietnamese war by declaring it over and effectively ending public support and sparking a propaganda campaign that would make the war the lost cause that it was, despite the fact that he has never had any military or tactical experience OR ANY education that would validate his opinion.

The problem you are looking for is that NOBODY in the media has the proper credentials to be commenting on any of the world events, and just because you can go and watch Jon Stewart and MSNBC and have the things over-simplified to the point where the central point is obfuscated (to say the least) doesn't make you an expert either.

The only exception to this is politics themselves, which should be straightforward and simple, but we let everybody run rampant with virtually limitless amounts of money to cover up their flaws and invent flaws in their opponents that nobody knows what in the fuck is going on.
