I agree with Moonshine to an extent. EE is annoying, a greifer and an all around troll. (You'd like him Hellmet 
) He has been vote kicked numerous times, and continues to come back after the five minutes to continue the griefing.
However, I'm not sure a perma ban is in order. I think a couple of weeks off maybe he will find a different server to play on. Something longer than 5 minutes.
I have found the mute button and joining the other team helps when he is on the server, but he's all around bad news.
