Sure thing!

steam\steamapps\*account name*\teamfortress2\tf\particles

The relevant files are:

blood_impact.pcf
bullet_tracers.pcf
muzzle_flash_dx80.pcf
rockettrail.pcf

If any of these are potential problems, please let me know. I can't think of a way to cheat with them, but maybe it is possible. Thank you for the reply and the help!
