If half the losing team isn't snipers it won't be as easy for the non-retard team to steamroll them. Also the losing team will learn the value of coming out of the confines and safety of their base - and even if that means falling off the battlements with a backburner and hoping for the best, it is still a start -unlike losing the game as a sniper and wasting a slot.

Restricting the number of snipers is one of the things I mentioned. Tie that in with limiting the time on the server to something far more reasonable, like 45 or 60 minutes would do a lot to solve the problem as well.
This morning we had a map that had, I shit you not, over 400 minutes of play time when I logged in. When I left, we were down to 320 or so minutes. The intel had only been grabbed twice in that time because there was so much time on the clock, no one went after it. You had one team turtling it up, though they were losing 7 to 2. How is this good for the game? I seriously cant see it. We even tried getting the other team to leave the base by letting them know that they only had 6 1/2 hours left to get the intel 25 times and they needed to do it quicker than 1 time every 25 minutes.
Anyone else see the problem here? I think that maybe the admins of the server need to spend a little time on it and see just how bad everything is right now.
