that being said, i can only see this going one of two ways:
1) you ignore this guy and let him be pissed off that he either a) was caught cheating) or b) was wrongfully banned
2) you unban him and then catch a demo of him
as it stands now it's a your word against his situation, and while you have the final word in situations like this it really doesn't look that great to an outsider
it's like sentencing someone to life in prison based on the testimony of a single witness when other people have come forward and said "it wasn't him"
But if the single witness was the prosecuting attorney and the people coming forward are the defendant's friends and colleagues then it sort of obfuscates things in that the witness is qualified to make these decisions and friends lie to get friends out of trouble.
