when you were speccing me, did you check also with scoreboard? I do believe in the case you describe, the snipers were not alive, hence why i aimed down to the front. i don't have to necessarily kill a sniper to know he/she is not on the battlements.

for that particular scout shot, was it case of him/her coming out of their spawn or coming into my battlements? i need that info first before i can answer you regarding the scout shot.

either that soldier had killed a friendly on battlements, rocket jumped, shot at me from other battlements, or i see him running down middle. I have never jarated a soldier on battlements that didn't give away his/her presence first by doing one of the above.

You're right on the first account. I had not been watching the scoreboard.

The scout in question had not been peeking out or shooting, nor had anyone shot from that side since you had been looking in his direction. You pointed at the battlements, aiming at head level (which is expected), then at practically the same millisecond that the scout appeared, you adjusted your aim to his head and quickly fired. To emphasize the point, if you had done with with no ping I would still be somewhat suspicious, nevermind a split second delay.

As for the soldier, I'm talking about the one just before you got banned. The one who was hiding in the middle. Do you recall how you knew he was there, because I didn't see a cue at all.
