I would be complaining about how they are "ruining" the pyro, but I remember how terrible the pyro was when TF2 first came out so everything seems better by comparison.

That pyro still exists, it's the backburner.

I'm talking about when pyro did no damage unless the FT was touching the person.

Oh god, but you couldn't be LITERALLY touching the person because the hit detection was unpredictable.
