I don't see how harassment is that much of a problem. At least on my current favorite server, whenever I hear anybody harasses anybody I talk everybody else into muting them. THIS brings up a good sourceop feature, you should be able to use a CVAR to temporarily disable somebodies microphone.

you dont see harassment as a problem becuase you love to get into arguments with ppl lol, but yes that CVAR would be a good idea.
