So I played pyro today.
Don't get me wrong in this thread, I'm not saying the pyro is ruined as in WORSE
I'm saying he now needs to consistently use the airblast to do any good. Which isn't cool, because that mechanic wasn't even in the game at first. He's a pyro, he uses fire.
Backburner pyros are still terrible too, so the issue isn't the fire, it's just the ability for the class to engage combat.
I reflected a random directhit rocket right into a campy sniper on the other side of the map, he had full health and he got instagibbed as I expected.
