You can't really stop people from traveling in cars, but why exactly is there a war in the first place? That can and should be stopped

So can drunk, negligent and/or reckless driving.

I find safe driving a lot more likely than world peace.

I'm not calling for something as improbable as world peace, there will always be people fighting with each other for different reasons. This "war" however, is something that is continuing in my opinion for no reason that justifies the high number of "casualties of war".
