Although it looks like this ban has been lifted, I wanted to make some brief comments.
Demos should NEVER be posted as avi files to Youtube. A demo should always be left in original format and simply uploaded to a filesharing site. It takes much less time than converting the demo and uploading to Youtube anyway. Before someone says "stfu noob," bear in mind that I've banned dozens of wallhackers and aimbotters with properly recorded demos.
There are two major reasons to not trust .avi demos.
1. You can edit them too easily.
2. If they are taken with something like Fraps, they are usually completely inaccurate. Regular demos are already fraught with problems; using Fraps is worse by orders of magnitude.
As for the attitude, yeah I'd say Chronvict has a better attitude than 90% of the mic-using players on SourceOP.
I'd like to thank DF for being a level-headed server op among a sea of TF2 morons.
