Heres my current hunter build, no idea what im going for.

Anyone else lost their characters to multiplayer bug? It loses skill points, items, stats etc. Might want to be save and backup your save files.

And in case you havent seen the tweaks, under ...Documents\My Games\Borderlands\WillowGame\Config you will find some config ini's you can edit.

Just a few, many more things to tweak around with.

Turn off mouse smoothing - Big improvement
edit: WillowInput.ini
search for: bEnableMouseSmoothing=
change to: false

Turn off intro movies
edit: WillowEngine.ini
search for: [FullScreenMovie]
change to:

Change gravity - cheat
edit: WillowGame.ini
search for: DefaultGravityZ=
change to: whatever you like. -250 for a nice jump, can clear most small buildings.

Change Inventory Slot (carry 100 items) - cheat
edit: WillowGame.ini
search for: InventorySlotMax_Misc
change to: 100

Change FoV
edit: WillowInput.ini
search for: Bindings=(Name="W"
or whatever your forward key is
change to: Bindings=(Name="W",Command="MoveForward | Axis aGas Speed=+1.0 | FOV 96",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False,LeftTrigge r=False,RightTrigger=False,bIgnoreCtrl=False,bIgnoreShift=False,bIgnoreAlt=False)
do to many bugs you need to script this to a key. while in multiplayer and sprinting the game will reset FoV.

You can also disable ALL movies with the -nomoviestartup param. change your shortcut to (fix your path):
C:\Program Files\Borderlands\binaries\Borderlands.exe -nomoviestartup
