Left 4 Dead is a great concept. Limited content and major bugs plagued the games first release. You could be bitter because of the quick sequel release (a lot of people are) but the game itself will improve. I think the sequel will be worth the money.
You can actually get a four pack of L4D2 if you have reliable people to reimburse you for the other three copies. The game, at that point, will only cost $33.75. That is the cheapest I have ever paid for a blockbuster new release.
I love Valve, they sell their games for cheap prices (They sold their games at a 55.8% discount this week). Also, the Steam program has allowed game developers to publish their materials at deep discounted rates. I have never bought PC games cheaper then today. I own more games and some that will probably never get played.
