Well Valve started giving out real community weapons. All they do special is sparkle. If I gave a few people sparkling weapons, would that be acceptable?

Can you give out medals that have their own "stats"? By "stats", I mean just words you can enter yourself.

Can you make that medal sparkle?

If not, I suppose you could do the whole sparkling weapon thing. Personally though, I think it'd be much more memorable to have something 'special' or 'unique' to the person that has it.

For example, Hell-met having a normal shotgun that only sparkles and says something to the effect of "Hell-met's overpowered shotgun. Noob."

I don't really know the scope of what you can do .. so .. /shrug
