I haven't played with it yet because I'm still playing arena mostly. But it's not hard to imagine the amount of imbalance that creates. An entire team with 10 seconds of crits = entire team of kritzkriegs. Why not just go all out and give the entire team Ubers instead. At least we wouldn't have to deal with additional crits.
