Another one that's been cropping up for me this week:
Medic can try to keep everyone overhealed and give a fast response, or Medic can spycheck every single person before he heals them.
Everyone wants #1. That's cool. But it means a spy is going to be healed every now and then. Either deal with it or spy check better.
Feel free to mock the medic if they uber a spy though, or if they run around healing him for a long time (especially if he's planting sappers or something.)

Also, for the love of god, medics heal medics. Seriously. Pretty sure it's been said at this point, but nothing is more frustrating. I've also seen a lot of medics not calling for a medic when they're in the red. This, also, is silly (in most situations).
Finally, if you're on fire or something? Don't run to medic, then proceed to stand in a crowd of people or run jumping circles around medic while mashing 'e' unless you want better odds of dying in a blaze of glory. I'm looking at you, scout
