Gamesharks for GBAs arent that bad, actually. you synchronize your codes with your pc EXTREMELY EASILY, and they have a vast library of codes for all of the games i play (lol, megaman battle net 1-6)
Action replay for the gba on the other hand... when you try and transmit codes you have to click over to the PC tab, which drops the list of codes on the AR cartrige on your gba, but the button you use to make the godes transferre to your AR cartrige wont work unless you have your gba codes loaded (the list that it feels necicary to drop contently). the program constantly takes up 100% of my processor, which is awkward because i have about 10 times its recommended processor requirements. It takes 10 minutes scanning codes off the GBA, it never loads the codes properly, it tries to update every time you plug the fucker in (which takes a good 3 HOURS!!!) and if you unplug it durring updating you have to wait 5 hours for it to repair your cartrige and another 3 hours for it to upgrade again... the gameshark cartrige has none of those problems, but its a tempremental peice of crap because MadCatz made it...
mad catz makes everything shittily... gameshark is still okay because it still has the origionall coding team, but dam that thing breaks easily. their controllers are so bad that i bought one of those 5$ controllers from Wal-mart and it lasted about 20 times longer, the buttons DIDNT stick, the buttons didnt refuse to be pressed more than a few times a second...
