The Swastika in and of itself is a legit religious symbol. Now, when incorporated/represented as the nazi flag, yes, it has picked up the stigmata of being associated with genocide, racism, hate, fear etc etc...

You both love to hate each other. If the guy was spraying the nazi flag all over the place then yeah, I'd probably kick him from my server. If it was JUST a swastika... I'd at least talk with him first and see if he could explain his reasons.
