No matter what it is, something has to be done. Team scramble after every complete 3 round win for BLU would be ideal. Its simple, not annoying, and keeps the game fun. Right now the teams will stay stacked for hours. I've been in and out of the server today and each and everytime the teams are stacked.

DF needs to have it kick people that piss around in spec waiting to join a stacked team. I have seen people idle in there for five or even 10 min.
