Whatever the reasons it is true that some of the servers have been dying down. Is it local to sourceop or is it TF2 in general or is it the time of year I'm not sure. But whatever it is, I think no one will argue that we shouldn't do anything about it.

To your points:

Scramble: I actually like it. But if it helps having more regulars on then whatever.

Lag: I've also had a 25% ping increase (80 to 100)

Community: I don't really care who's better then who etc etc. However I do agree with sdogg that having each server on it's own sub forum would help build on the server specific community that makes a lot of people play here in the first place.

Events, tournaments, etc could also be good ideas.

Admins: Speedy, Nobody, Tw34k are they still sourceop? For me ideal admins should be people that have been and are still actively part of the server's community and frequent the said server without an agenda.

Spectating: Please please please on all servers! Isn't there some plugin to avoir team switching through speccing? I've seen servers that had that if thats a concern.

Maps: All great ideas, I'm for a payload server instead of 100% GR. Not sure which server should have a 'Best of' valve1 or 2 but that does sound like a great idea.
