prob bout 8 times playing on valvemaps1 this year had to wait more than 5 min. (not bad at all tho once nearly 30 min)

increase the slots by 2 (for 18 total) and see if people still bitch and if so go up another 2 slots, i dont think jumping up to 20 may be necessary if 18 works.

also so you dont issue as many slots and cause this issue while still being fair to all.... make the slot only good for the specific server (unless larger donation)? raise the min donation to $20? have the slots only good for 1 year? No regular is going to bitch bout that for a slot.
