The reputation rules require you to specify NET amount. Based on the reputation you left, I am not able to tell whether you paid $42 + $0.21 or 42$ (in which $0.21 fees are included).

Please make a habit of providing AMOUNT RECEIVED/SENT, FEE AMOUNT and NET AMOUNT. That is what PayPal shows you in the details of the payment anyway, so it is easy to copy that and paste it into a reputation post.

If you copy/paste those details directly from PayPal details to the text field, that is how it will look like in your post.
