Unless you have a demo, we cant do much after the fact if we do not see it ourselves. Also, you lack an id32/id64 to identify the user so we can keep an eye out for him. As for the behavior you described saying "lel/lol/get rekt" even if just at you is something by itself we would not do anything about. To get the users id32:
-Activate the Dev Console https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki...er_Console
-When the user is on the server, open the console and type "status" then you can copy/paste the users name/id32
