simple material modifications create wallhacks
demomen in general
being able to create a cross hair for any weapon
ping compensation sucks
physics
need to be able to choose scaling based on verticle OR horizontal resolution.
they need to drop support for DX8 cards because they are old, and nobody who has one deserves to play.
Upgraded weapon models glitch when you cycling through them quickly
When shooting at the same time as a sentry rocket, your weapon will show a rocket coming out
Players and objects near thin walls will show shadows through
When Pyro is in water while jumping, fire can shoot in to the water. Players hit take damage.
Telepoter shadow remains on map on team change
Sentry fire bullet trails will travel through solids and be visible across the map
The import spray function does not work
destroying buildings with upgraded weapons will show that you destroyed then with the regular weapons
if you press the taunt button and then immediately use lastinv, it will do the first weapon's taunt with the second weapon equipped.
Sprays appearing on multiple wall and ceiling.
Backburners and Backstab detection is atrocious at best
When you get autobalanced at the beginning of a round, the objective window says the wrong thing.
Upgraded models in spectator do not show on sourceTV.

It's possible to reload your weapon while taunting whent he weapon is empty.

switching from a sv_pure 1/2 server to a sv_pure 0 server (maybe vice-versa too) screws up custom models, sounds etc. most of the time you'll have wireframes, invisible models or models with a wrong texture.
Suiciding when somebody falls a great distance won't give a "finished off" kill
classes profiles are still beta characters and some of gibs are beta characters.
