My customer service is fine. You have a perm ban - for ghosting and for griefing - and are thus not a customer. Two years before your perm you were banned temporarily for the same things. Two years changed nothing. It's been two years since your perm ban - what do I expect to have changed this time? People can change, griefers can't.
