Depends on which server seeing SourceOP has quite a few.

You can create a desktop shortcut pointing to steam://connect/SERVERIPTongueORT

If you'd prefer having a nice TF2 logo instantly just create a TF2 shortcut and change the URL from steam://rungameid/440 to steam://connect/SERVERIPTongueORT
