I'm going to bump this thread because I think, at the very least, there needs to be a few (low level - kick/ban) admins who are REGULARS for each server they regular on... I just made a thread about bbq'em for the [NO MODS][NO BS] 2fort server.

I love SourceOP servers because they attract higher skilled players for some reason, but we definitely need some admins who have the time or want to admin. I've owned my own servers and have admin'ed quite a bit... Part of the responsibility is reacting to weed out some of the troublemakers.

I 2nd the push for admins.

BUT... Let me tell you where he's wrong.... There's too many Instant servers... not enough "plain vanilla" 2fort servers.... Instant servers are a spam fest... The level of teamplay that goes on inside the Default Spawn servers is much higher, because we like players who care about not dying. Higher level of thought goes into it...

Keep the NO MODS, NO BS 2fort server We are a tight group of players who still play there...
--Voteban needs to be turned on
--Team votekick (through the menu) is very helpful, and should be turned back on... This helps with mic spammers.
