So long as the worst maps are removed from the rotation, I don't see any reason to allow people to call map votes (or even further to give some players, even the most trusted, the power to change maps). I dislike some maps, but generally I play through them. The maps that would usually cause me to leave are gone, except Nucleus. That's still in the rotation right? Just turns into a damn spawncampfest and sticky/rocket from the rooftops game. No fun for many classes.
