Most CRTs never break 19", which any good resolution (above SXGA) would be small as shit, and that is the point where 99% of the monitors start to overscan and look like shit. Therefore they use a SMALLER RESOLUTION, in which a larger HUD would take up most of their screen so they use a smaller HUD. Do I really have to spell it out?

May I also note that these monitors that aren't the 20$ CRTs (ie, ones that display in UGA or above WITHOUT overscan) are 800$ studio monitors which constitute less then 5% of the existing CRT monitors, I was clearly leaving those out of the definition.
