I would like it too if I were able to see how many views a topic has. It would be great if that were re-implemented.

Are we supposed to be able to change the different colors used on the forum from out profile?

I tried to changed everything but couldn't, I would of loved a black background

It merely affects your profile page, nothing else. I am unsure however if this will stick around.
