A new manual install zip is up in the downloads section. Download it and replace sourceop.dll and DF_funcsigs.txt to fix your install.

Although... I get '[SourceOP] Spawning combine ball does not function in 'hl2mp'.' when doing e_spawnball. I've never seen that message before. Not really a huge deal though.
