I had a joke trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3744957) that he reported and sent me a message somewhere along the lines of, "Enjoy being banned." (I wasn't, but I suspect that he's close with the admin. who closed it because that guy has similar trades.) Haha to him.

On the above quote though you are not correct for this reason:

Rule 9: No trades that aren't trades — this includes any form of donations, asking for crates to unbox, building up one weapon to an unusual, etc.

There was specific mention given one week by Suttles towards creating "joke trades", so one would assume your trade was closed for this reason alone. In fact its quoted in the "reason for closing trade" note by the admin.

I know that it upsets people. That's why I did it. Here I'm just pointing out that the one who happened to close it most likely took particular offense from it. There are crap loads of false trades, many along the lines of, "Love this item! Therefore I won't sell it! However if you give me three times its value then I will!" These ones are never deleted for being fake trades. I'm just saying.
