Happened to me once too, go here to get it back.

As long as you have purchase receipts of the game you bought on your account, you WILL get it back in 2-3 days.

They will ask for last 4 digits of the credit card you bought your games with, and other things to prove your ownership of the account.

Also, they will deal with the person who hijacked your account.
