Don't get me wrong. I'm actually relatively new to the unusual business. However, there's something I'm actually bothered by.
When I unboxed my second unusual, that was the first unusual I wanted to sell because I didn't like it much. However, when I was browsing for trades on hats I liked, I always saw that people were saying "OVERPAY IN UNUSUALS" in outpost.
Okay, I get that. The logic behind that is pretty sound. You might not like it so you'll at least want some profit for going through the trouble of reselling it.
However, I've also seen that just sell for overpay. Doesn't that imply that people just trade unusuals for profit? I always valued unusuals as something you cherish for yourself. Are the people who trade unusuals for aesthetic pretty much gone? Or were there never many to begin with?
