hmmz, strange tho... in my country I can safely go anywhere. In your country there are neighborhoods even the police doesn't dare to enter unless in platoon strength, or are on the take by the gangs operating there.
There is maybe once a week a shooting incident in my country (and yes, that includes all, the most of them are without any wounded), in your country it only gets in the newspaper if they shoot more than 5 ppl or so, preferably in a school or some other public place, otherwise they don't have nuff "footage" to make it a worthwile story.
Maybe if you put in a bit more brain power into cause and effect, you would understand more about the differences in the world.
Run the numbers first. Talking bout numbers... we where talking bout funding sourceop, and your lack of funds. No idea why the difference in firearm laws in my and your country where relevant to this topic. Especially when it makes yours look worse.
