I don't get it why is Slenderman so scary? He's just a Manikin in a suit who just pops up randomly out of nowhere? I find that hardly scary :? .

I played it and when he pops up/appears it's like...."Oh, he's right there." Maybe it's because of how much people freak out over this game, that I'm not that phased by it. I think it's kinda stupid lol

But, can't deny it's purdy popular and has produced some great reaction/gameplay vids.

Agreed, I find their scared reaction quite priceless. If I were to label a video which has the same reaction as I had while playing it would be Critikal's.

This, all I do just to keep myself from being scared is saying it's not real. I'll admit that I jump only a little(barely noticeable) when something pops up making loud monster/zombie like from Cry of Fear but that's because the sound is stressful to my brain and it's mostly instincts that made me go awareness combat mode, but I never scream/say anything when that happens.
