still making the server crash here is the source op error logs

I suggest you completely reinstall sourceop just to be sure. Make sure you are using http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php?name...tit&lid=51 and http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php?name...tit&lid=43 . Don't forget to backup your DF_credits.cdb file first if you have one..

Also, make sure your hl2dm server is up to date (the hldsupdatetool thing). Ya, that's a 'no shit' thing, but you know... Just trying to cover all the bases.
