I hope you do know power supplies degrade over time... Plus 450 watts would really limit overclocking

Overclocking is basically worthless in terms of real world performance and severely stresses your system.

Eeh its useful for me. I unlocked and overclocked my 6950 to a 6970 and get like on average 7 more fps. It's not much but to me it's better than spending another 50 dollars for the 6970.
