I think it's the dumbest shit ever, items with a lesser quality such as uncraftable are also considered more valuable in cases of rarity (SunStick / VolcanoFrag (Or even more extremely, Max Set)).

In my eyes the only "rare" items I'll ever hold with high value are the well established rare Vintage promos - Max, Buds, Big Kill, Gibus, Parasite, Cube.
